Chogokin, or "super alloy," is the stuff that original piloted mecha Mazinger Z was made of. In the '70s, it was taken as the brand name for a line of diecast robot toys, and evolved from there into a name for premium quality toys. In June, Bandai will be releasing its Chogokin reproduction of Going Merry, the pirate ship from One Piece. The impressive piece will be selling for 13,440 yen (about $163).
I hope Bandai will make Thousand Sunny Soon :)
