Its no question that One Piece is currently the most popular manga series in Japan with its impressive record sales figures. MangaZenkan recently conducted a one year poll from 1 Apr 2011 till 31 Mar 2012, and it found out that One Piece is the most popular series across all the different generations of manga readers. Regardless of whether it was a small kid, a teenager or even a working adult, One Piece was their favorite manga series.
