"Tiger & Bunny -The Rising-" Introduces Barnaby's New Partner

 

After the movie about TIger & Bunny -The Beginning-, another new movie titled "Tiger & Bunny -The Rising-. The official twitter account for the upcoming anime film Tiger & Bunny -The Rising- has announced today that they posted the latest teaser trailer for the film on YouTube.

Gavan Web Manga #1 Online, New Novels To Follow

 

 With the release of the brand new Space Sheriff Gavan movie just around the corner and a crossover into Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters behind him, the original Metal Hero is enjoying quite a revival. To add to these, Akita Publishing has just released the first episode of a brand new Gavan web manga, which can be viewed online (in Japanese of course).

 

 Not only that, but two new Gavan novels have been announced - one featuring the original Gavan, and the second featuring the new Gavan Type-G. The first book, "Space Sheriff Gavan The Novel", continues the adventures of Retsu Ichijouji and a mysterious character named Julia. According to the synopsis, a new criminal organization named Metos appears and hijacks the Dolgiran. With the spacecraft taken, how will Retsu change into Gavan?

"Tiger & Bunny: The Beginning" Movie Review

WARNING, May Contain SPOILERS

First half of the movie is the first two episodes of the TV series with a bit of original stuff mixed in (a few more cuts of Barnaby before his saving Kotetsu at the beginning, a scene of Kotetsu drinking and thinking of his dead wife, Yuri talking to Barnaby, etc.)

Latter half of the movie is completely original, taking place on Barnaby's first day on the job (night of episode 2) where all the heroes cooperate to catch a crook who has the ability to swap places with anyone he can see.

Tiger & Bunny Motorcycle Helmets Offered in Japan

 

 LaLaBit Market, the e-commerce website operated by Bandai Namco Games, has started accepting pre-orders for Tiger & Bunny motorcycle helmets inspired by the hero suits of the two protagonists of the series, Wild Tiger and Barnaby Brooks Jr.

 

 These helmets are one of the commemorative products for the up-coming film Tiger & Bunny -The Beginning-, and suggested by the voice actor of Barnaby, Masakazu Morita himself.

 At the same time with the full preview, TOYS FACTORY posted a 1 minute 51 seconds trailer video for "Linear Blue wo Kikinagara" (While listening 'Linear Blue') by UNISON SQUARE GARDEN, the theme song for the up-coming film Tiger & Bunny -The Beginning-, onto its official YouTube channel.

Tiger & Bunny and the anime's sponsored superhero cast are gearing up to hit Japanese cinemas on September 22, and Cinema Today posted a new preview that offers a short but sweet tease of the theatrical action to come in Tiger & Bunny - The Beginning.

 September is going to be a big month for the heroic duo. A couple days prior to the film's release, Namco Bandai's Tiger & Bunny On Air Jack! game is set to hit PSP in Japan.
