e-HOBBY adds new official Japanese Transformers images

Leave it to Takara Tomy to do one thing really well and then make the weirdest choices on another. We're looking at two different Transformers collector lines here:Masterpiece and Generations. Thanks to e-HOBBY on the Masterpiece side we're getting our best look yet at Soundblaster and G2 Sideswipe.

 

 

 

 

 

Transformers Masterpiece Sound Blaster Revealed!

Transformers Masterpiece molds are expensive so the best way to get money out of them is to just repaint them into another character. This time around MP-13 Soundwave is getting a second life as MP-13B Soundblaster, just like his animated counterpart did in the Headmasters series. As revealed by TFSourceSoundblaster isn't coming alone as he'll be paired with Decepticon tape Ratbat made from an all new mold. They've got him penciled in for a March 2014 release.

Power Rangers Megaforce 6" Armored Rangers 2nd Wave

It appears that the second wave of 6" Armored Power Rangers Megaforce figures are finally hitting retail! This wave includes repacks of the MMPR Red Ranger and Megaforce Red Ranger from series one but introduces 2 new figures as well, MMPR White Ranger and Megaforce Robo Knight!

Hasbro Transformers Masterpiece Series

 

Hasbro updates Transformer fans with new hi-res images of their Transformers Masterpiece Soundwave and Acid Storm. These two collector's items will be Toys"R"Us exclusives later in the year.
