Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix has two games Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories. Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days is covered, but only in theater mode.
More snippets from a Famitsu interview with Tetsuya Nomura leaked online and he said a full remake like Re: Chain of Memories was considered for Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. However, it was too late to begin work on a new title so 358/2 Days was presented as Theater mode.
Nomura acknowledged the Kingdom Hearts
series was split onto different hardware and realizes that players may
have not kept up with the story. He believes the best way to address
this is to start from the beginning with Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix. Nomura says he thinks fans of the series will make new discoveries too when they play the games in chronological order.
