Kotobukiya Issues Warning Over Fake ARTFX

Bootlegs are the bane of the collector's existence, and once again, they've reared their ugly head out in the open. Not just figma, The target this time Kotobukiya's ARTFX+ Justice League New 52 figures.

The bootleggers, a company by the name of Crazy Toys, has so far made counterfeits of Supes  and the Green Lantern. When you look at the original product, you can tell right away that something is off with the bootleg. Outside of the very obvious box discrepancies, the details just don't match up. The base is different and the bootleg figures use pegs instead of magnets.

DC Injustice Doomsday Figure Unveiled!

DC Collectibles has unveiled its upcoming 3.75-inch Injustice: Gods Among Us Doomsday. Doomsday, who was one of the final characters announced for the game, may be best remembered for "killing" Superman in the controversial 1992 Death of Superman storyline.

Although I've never been a fan of Doomsday, I can't help but be a little impressed by this design which strikes me as being among DC Collectibles' coolest 3.75-inch creations. The sculpting and jointing are both fairly strong (albeit he could use either a cut waist or an upper torso joint). DCC really seems to do great work on over-sized 3.75-inch characters, such as the previously released Solomon Grundy.

Snyder confirmed to be asked to direct Justice League

This comes with a big if however, this will only happen if "Man of Steel" is a success. Seeing as it was received rather well during early screenings, I don’t think this will be an issue.
To clear up the confusion, in the recent edition of Empire Magazine, Zack Snyder and his wife (and also producer), Deborah Snyder confirmed that the Justice League movie depends on the success of Man of Steel
