The first radio program ever to be all about Kamen Rider and Super
Sentai will hit the airwaves next month! Kamen Radiranger will air every
Friday at 11PM and be hosted by Kenichi Suzumura (voice of Ryuutaros in
Kamen Rider Den-O) and Hiroshi Kamiya (voice of Kamen Rider Yuuki in
the third Den-O movie) with occasional appearances by the Kamen Rider
Girls.
During a short promotional interview, the hosts talked about their
excitement in the upcoming show and explained how they each got into
tokusatsu. Kenichi Suzumura has fond memories of watching Kikaider as a
kid and says he’s been a huge fan of tokusatsu ever since.
He even says
that, given the chance, his dream tokusatsu role would be to play Gill
Hakaider from the second Kikaider series, Kikaider 01. Hiroshi Kamiya
says that he first got into tokusatsu after watching Kamen Rider Super-1
and the tokusatsu version of Spider-Man. Both hosts look forward to the
show and hope the people tune into the premiere episode. The program
will be airing on Bunka Hoso AM 1134 for anyone out there with access to
the station.
