In this week's helping "How in the world did this get approved?" news, it seems there's a new anime on the horizon. Given an opening date of February 6th, it's on a rather close horizon, to boot. Its title? Straight Title: Robot Anime. Well, I guess that tells us what it's going to be about, then. Further details include a seven thousand year-long civil war waged by robots long after humanity has gone extinct, and a group of youngster-bots standing up to ending the endless fighting.

While pop group Momoiro Clover Z is typically as colorful as their sentai inspirations, endorsing Pepsi Black has them donning some more serious attire. A clip from Japanese television show ZIP! shows a behind the scenes look at the filming of an upcoming ad for the "Adult Cola."

Kana Hanazawa Added to "Sket Dance" Anime Cast in 2nd Year

 

 Kana Hanazawa (Mayuri Shiina from Steins;Gate, Nadeko Sengoku from Bake/Nisemonogatari) has been chosen to play Saaya as the Sket Dance anime, which premiered April 7th, 2011, approaches its second year.
