Pokemon 2013 World Championship Decks November Release


This year's World Championship decks will hit store shelves in November: Jason Klaczynski's Darkrai Deck, Clement Lamberton's Anguille Sous Roche Deck, Yugo Sato's Ultimate Team Plasma Deck, and Ian Whiton's American Gothic Deck.

Pokémon U.S. National Championships Kicks Off Next Week

 

Next week, the 2013 Pokémon U.S. National Championships will be conducted from July 5th – July 7th at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The event consists of two competitions—the Trading Card Game Championships and the Video Game Championships.

The 2013 Pokémon TCG U.S. National Championships will begin Friday, July 5th, at 9:00 am, while the Pokémon Video Game U.S. National Championships will begin on Saturday, July 6th, at 9:00 am.

Pokémon U.S. National Championships Kicks Off Next Week
In celebration of the Pokémon U.S. National Championships, attendees that bring their Nintendo DS or 3DS systems along with a copy of Pokémon Black, Pokémon White, Pokémon Black 2, or Pokémon White 2 will be able to receive a Metagross based on the one used by the 2012 Pokémon World Champion, Ray Rizzo. Other prizes can be earned through various events at the Championships as well.

Pokemon 2013 Spring Regional Championship About To Begin!


The Pokémon 2013 Spring Regional Championships events are set to feature some of the best competitive play of the year! And, not only will Pokémon TCG and video game players be competing for Travel Awards to the Pokémon National Championships in Indianapolis this summer, but lots of other Pokémon-themed prizes will be on the line as well!

The Spring Regional Championships will take place in five locations—four in the United States and one in British Columbia, Canada—starting on Saturday, April 13th. Space is limited, so try to arrive early to register! The initial rounds of the Pokémon video game event take place on Sunday, April 14th, giving many players the opportunity to show off their Pokémon skills in both events.

Face Off Against Real Pokémon World Champs in "Black/White 2"

 

Nintendo is doling out one heck of an incentive to those who wish to lay claim on the throne and become the very best, like no one ever was at the 2012 Pokémon World Championships. They'll be selecting some of the top players who advance to Hawaii and offering them and their Pokémon teams as downloadable challenges via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, where players around the world will be able to take them on.
