Moe Manga iPhone App for English Learners "Englichu!" Released in Japan

Learning English conversation has been a kind of obsession for Japanese people for a long time. Ateam, a mobile application development company in Nagoya, released a new free iPhone app for English learners called "Englichu!" on May 31 in Japan. The users can learn basic English conversation phrases in four panel manga stories about three high school girls who belong to the ESS (English Speaking Society).

The three characters in the manga are voiced by popular voice actresses in both Japanese and English. The cast are Miyuki Sawashiro (Petit Charat in Di Gi Charat, Mint Blancmanche in Galaxy Angel), Misa Kobayashi (Listen to Me, Girls. I Am Your Father!), and Misa Kobayashi (Cold Case, CSI:NY6). Check the PV below to see how it works.
